Job Description:
Work in conjunction with other Human Resource leadership and management staff to develop, implement and administer compensation plans including sales incentive plans and expatriate and international compensation analysis and design, stock option and deferred compensation plans, SEC and proxy reporting programs. Assist the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits with the development and presentation of compensation strategy, objectives and overall deliverables to Executive Leadership and Management.
