Initiate, develop and execute comprehensive, compelling global sourcing strategies that attract top executive talent, including managing the relationships with select executive recruitment partners. Apply executive recruiting expertise to identify, screen, and present a slate of outstanding talent for Sr. Leadership's consideration, shepherding the process from initiation through offer management and pre-start candidate engagement. Formalize and manage an Executive Referral Program. Act as adviser to Sr. Management on all recruitment and selection issues.
