Manage all human resources function for the UK and Europe. Work closely with the UK managing director and the European management team to help drive the people agenda of the organization. Partner with the VP of Human Resources in San Francisco on Global projects. Implement and manage the strategy to help attract, recruit and retain employees. Provide input into the Global HR policy and process development. Provide HR management support and advice to the European management team. Manage the payroll function for 5 European countries.
