As senior business partner, contribute HR leadership, advice and support to the senior management teams. Member of the Management teams for various EMEA business functions. Execute and manage the HR plan e.g. organisational restructure & change implications (reduction and growth), resourcing, development, and compensation etc for the business functions. (working with Global, Emea and Local HR groups as necessary).
