Performs moderately complex human resources duties in areas such as affirmative action/EEO processing and reporting, policies and procedures and employee relations. Administers equal employment opportunity program. Compiles statistics on applicant flow, hiring, terminations, promotions, salaries, training, transfers, and other EEO-related data to monitor effectiveness of EEO/AA programs. Prepares reports on EEO statistics for management. Involved in the investigation of policy violations and in the grievance resolution process. Educates and trains management on EEO/AA policies and procedures.
