Build and maintain relationships with external parties such as national diversity organizations. Provide operational and strategic support to the firm's Diversity Advisory Board, and its six national diversity network groups, and take the lead in developing programs and materials in support of the firm's diversity related initiatives and activities, including internal and external communications, ads, collateral, Web site, etc.
