Ideal candidates will blend long term strategic vision for the performance management program along with a demonstrable track record of tactical implementations of similar programs for software, entertainment and/or computer related companies. Additionally, the role oversees and encompasses Employee Relations initiatives so it is imperative that candidates have strong experience in that aspect as well.
