With the goal of identifying and attracting high quality talent, this individual will lead and manage the recruiting function and have the overall responsibility for company. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, the Director will determine recruiting strategies, oversee hiring and relocation policies and practices and assist with diversity initiatives. And as the head of recruiting, this individual will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers in an effort to exceed their needs.
