Directing the development and implementation of policies and programs encompassing all aspects of human resources management including, but not limited to, employment, benefits, compensation, training, organizational development, employee and labor relations, compliance, and strategic planning. Serving as an integral member of the Leadership Team, working closely with operations administrators and managers on implementing strategic HR initiatives, policies, procedures and practices.
