Job Description:
Develop, implement and administer compensation plans including sales incentive plans and expatriate and international compensation analysis and design, stock option and deferred compensation plans, SEC and proxy reporting programs. Develop and present compensation strategy, objectives and overall deliverables to Executive Management.
Develop salary budgets and policies and procedures that ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
