Ensures compliance with all state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements Provides advice and counsel to management regarding personnel practices, progressive discipline, policy, and employment laws. In conjunction with Chief Human Resources Officer, interacts with internal and external counsel to achieve liability avoidance and, where necessary, manage litigation and pre-litigation activities.
