Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability in organizational assessment, training and development tools and techniques. Leads individuals and groups through training, various OD interventions, written and oral communications, and presentation skills at a level usually acquired through completion of a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
