The Director of Training Design & Development is responsible for both setting the vision and creating and designing learning development strategies and training solutions for the company. This leadership role has two main focal areas: first, hands-on creation of content, while also leading a team of professionals in developing and delivering training; and second, supporting our corporate initiatives centered on enhancing our guest experience.
