This individual will be the key driver, developer, and director of a new talent management architecture necessary for a robust and effective talent management program. Included in the architecture is the development of the programs, processes and tracking necessary to ensure the programs associated with Talent Management (Succession Planning, Rotational Programs, Career Development) are administered and facilitated in a manner equal to the culture.
