The Director of Recruitment will provide strategic direction and oversee all permanent and temporary staffing activities and programs while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Director will lead a team of recruitment and sourcing specialists, as well as, coordinators responsible for executing the programs with an objective of continuous process/system improvement based on needs and industry best practices.
