Job Description:
In collaboration with the Strategic Planning Unit, implement a methodology for establishing the human capital requirements of strategic plans, defining the talent supply chain or pipeline challenges associated with the plans, and formulating potential solutions. In consultation with the AVP of Planning and Analysis, develop a process for integrating human capital considerations in to strategic planning. Establish human capital implications of business strategy. Translate strategy into forecasted talent requirements.
