In this position, the individual will be responsible for providing hands on leadership in the design, implementation and management of company wide compensation programs including base pay, sales compensation, and both short term and long term incentive/recognition programs. This position will serve as the company's global compensation expert and interface with management and partner with HR Business Partners around the world to provide guidance and recommendations on compensation related issues.
