Partner with the HR team to build and execute the overall sourcing and recruiting strategy to support high volume staffing. Participate in leading and facilitating the talent management process. HR business partner/generalist supporting the Commercial Operations senior leadership team (VP Sales, VP Operations, VP Corporate Development and the Senior Director Marketing) in building and executing their business strategy. Lead and facilitate HR compliance. Interact and partner with the senior leadership team.
