This position will be accountable for the management and oversight of operational and financial functions of US Human Resources/US HR Shared Services and the US benefit plans. Key responsibilities will include direction, facilitation & quality assurance of day-to-day HR operations and projects, including HR and benefits budget setting & monitoring, HR accounting functions, HR financial reporting & analysis and HR controls & compliance efforts.
