Youll oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits and, while you will assume hands-on ownership of a couple of areas, your main mission will be to provide the leadership and high level management to ensure Company remains an employer of choice in regions around the world. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have solid and deep experience in compensation and benefits, including global exposure, and the ideal candidate will also have a broad, well-rounded HR background. High tech industry experience is strongly preferred.
