Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Human Resources to develop, implement, refine and expand a strategic diversity plan via initiatives and tactics that are aligned with corporate culture and goals. Promote and support a diverse and inclusive workforce. Maximize the organization's effectiveness through championing diversity while proactively fostering a culture of inclusion and heightening awareness among employees and leadership at all levels.
