Build productive business relationships with employees throughout the company and partner with the respective home office and division leaders to proactively address employee relations issues and concerns. This will require periodic travel. Collaborate with respective corporate, divisional and regional operations to coach, mentor and counsel regarding employee relations issues, including performance concerns and/or misconduct issues.
