Job Description:
Leads a centralized model of employee relations complaint handling. Manages a team of Employee Relations Specialists (currently expected to be a team of 6-9 Specialists) who investigate complaints from or about managers, employees and other interested parties regarding the potential violation of company policies and practices, laws and/or regulations, related to employment and the work environment. Investigates sensitive and complex complaints.
