Actively plans with business and HR leaders to develop strategic initiatives, programs, and processes for the assignment regions to support the overall diversity objectives. Serves as division voice and contact to enterprise-wide D&I community of practice. Analyzes data, tracks and maintains diversity and accountability metrics to evaluate progress of diversity initiatives. Provides ongoing or real time coaching to business leaders on desired behaviors and outcomes.
