Serves as division voice and contact to enterprise-wide D&I community of practice.
Analyzes data, tracks and maintains diversity and accountability metrics to evaluate progress of diversity initiatives.
Provides ongoing or real time coaching to business leaders on desired behaviors and outcomes.
