The D&I Education Leader will be responsible for creating and implementing the enterprise wide D&I learning strategy. This includes working with the business leaders, D&I team and COP to identify the learning and education needs, create learning programs and produce measurable results by ensuring adequate delivery. The Education Leader will also be responsible for evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of communicating the evolving issues to the D&I and business leadership.
