Accountable for design, re-design, development and implementation of employee compensation programs, partnering with Senior Management and functional leadership to assure the programs are consistent with local market wages and the needs of the organization. Continuous review of increases, promotions and job requisitions to assure compliance with compensation standards; work to resolve discrepancies.
