Job Description:

Responsible for managing and overseeing Global Compensation and Benefits, a key member of HR Leadership and partner to Field HR. Close collaboration with the Corporate VP of Global HR, CFO and Staff as well as interaction with the Compensation Committee of the BOD. Will play a key role in the annual compensation processes including Focal, Stock Administration, Sales and Executive incentive plans as well as specific board related projects.
