The Director of Compensation will join a dynamic team of human resource professionals. In this position you will be responsible strategically aligning the System's goals and compensation programs as well as managing, developing, designing, and implementing the health system's compensation strategy/package. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Director will be working closely with senior management.
