Manager is responsible for the direct supervision/management of assigned Contracts Administration staff. Management and administration of contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal. Reviews and resolves all issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. Responsible for the employment, training, and discipline of assigned employees.
