In general, this position is responsible for ensuring the Company establishes consistent compensation and total reward practices. Administer and maintain an effective total compensation and rewards program that will attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Develops and administers an effective and efficient Hay Salary Grade System by ensuring proper evaluation and objective placement of all positions in the grading criteria.
