Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Manager specialized in Compensation and Benefits to lead the compensation team in the development, design and implementation of base, variable and sales compensation programs, policies and procedures. The position will be consulting and facilitating sales and sales support programs to ensure that programs are market competitive, equitable, in alignment with company objectives, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will be reporting to the Director of Total Rewards and have the opportunity to develop and lead teams in a cross-functional, cross-cultural environment.
