Job Description:
Maintain base and total compensation salary structures update job descriptions, participate in salary surveys, conduct market pricing, and update compensation policies and procedures and other compensation-related employee communication. Design and administer all compensation programs, through a partnership with the HR Leaders, using PeopleSoft systems, and, assisting with implementation of new programs.
