Job Description:

The position is based in the downtown Chicago Loop area and will supervise 3-4 individuals. A strong knowledge of 401K plans and retiree benefits plans is a plus. The ideal candidate has negotiated benefit renewals, organized large volume open enrollments, implemented new programs and had strong exposure to compensation issues pertaining to senior level management.
