The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to various global initiatives such as market pricing, surveys, domestic job documentation audits and the Year End process. This position will also make recommendations to improve processes and procedures. Successful candidate will lead projects that require collaboration with multiple global business colleagues.
