In this position, the individual will be responsible in assigned regions with regards to compensation and benefits programs, practices, trends and issues. The individual will partner in the development of compensation and benefits policies and programs for Asia by conducting market research and analysis and making recommendations based on local needs/practices that adhere to company's stated Compensation Philosophy.
