Provide change management consulting internally to projects in the corporate groups working with limited supervision to develop and coordinate potentially large-scale organizational change initiatives through operational process definition, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and assessment of organizational readiness. The change management specialist will facilitate the adoption and utilization of accepted organizational change methodologies within assigned projects, and review ongoing opportunities for project alignment with overall strategic corporate objectives.
