The Change Management Consultant provides change management subject matter expertise, coaching and mentoring to members of the project team. Responsible for execution of change management frameworks for execution at the project level during implementation. Change responsibilities include partnering with Change Management Lead to focus on project team engagement, organizational readiness, stakeholder management and leadership alignment.
