We are currently looking to build our internal change management resources to support the many projects underway within the Central Merchandising Operation Division that provides support to the stores to achieve business goals. Many of these change projects involve large scale systems implementations involving changes to business processes, technology, structure, culture and people. The Change Management consultant will collaborate with business partners, project team leads and HR to develop, implement and measure the change strategy and plans for change projects.
