The Central Division Human Resource Consultant will be a member of the Division Leadership Team and will proactively work with the Office Leaders on all aspects of Human Resources. This role provides division-wide support to management and staff for the implementation and administration of the Company's HR programs and initiatives, policies and/or procedures. The Divisional Consultant is an active participant in division business planning, strategic and day-to-day planning, related to on-going and future operations to better understand business/client needs.
