The Business Process Leader (BPL) is the representative of the global business function to ensure that a strong link is maintained between the business function requirements and the Aligning Business Systems (ABS) programme. The BPL is an integral part of the ABS programme but is not employed by or tasked by ABS. The BPL is the "face" of the business process in the global RT community and the integration point between the Business Units (BU).The BPL has 3 primary functions; (1) business engagement;(2) governance; and (3) IT consultation and recommendation to HR
