Implement and distribute the Office of Diversity & Inclusion Strategy nationally across the manufacturing sites. Establish a "brand" for diversity & inclusion and integrate the business case for diversity and inclusion across the United States. Manage and coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of the "branded" plan for a nationwide US consistent strategy.
