Individual will work with counterparts on the Learning & Development Team to implement organizational wide talent management programs such as succession planning, coaching, talent assessment and review, 360 feedback and high potential, leader and executive development programs. Individual will play a key role in the documentation, analysis and summation of succession plans, talent assessment information and culture or employee engagement assessments.
