The AVP of T&OD will be responsible for the enterprise-wide development strategy for front-line managers to pre-executive leaders at the company. This includes providing leadership for strategy development, creating alignment with other enterprise-wide professional development offerings, partnering closely with business leaders to develop additional experiences and ensure existing programs remain relevant. This role requires the effective leadership of a team of professionals working in a matrix organization.
