The primary focus of this position is to lead the development of a comprehensive talent and leadership development strategy aligned to the business long term goals and objectives. The incumbent will serve as the team lead to regional and in-country TM resources. Additionally, he/she will assist in the implementation of a comprehensive LOB-wide talent management process and leadership development solutions to support International's growth goals.
