Description

Support to address specific training, learning knowledge management, and strategic human resource management requirements. Specifically, this effort will provide the technical support necessary to conduct a requirements analysis; formulate an implementation plan; conduct market analysis and development of a compensation strategy; establish a communication plan and prepare marketing material; and conduct training to be used to successfully implement DCIPS within Naval Intelligence. 

This position requires a Bachelor degree as well as ten to twelve years of experience in this or a similarly related field.
