Key Role:
Serve as a consultant to advise federal program managers on the financial and grants management operations of health and research programs and possess an operational knowledge of program, financial, and grant-related regulations, policies, practices, and systems. Provide analytical support for the planning and implementing of program plans and the developing and managing of program budgets. Conduct a wide range of studies and analyses and provide program management support to federal clients who manage health and research grant programs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with managing federal health programs -4+ years of experience with managing projects and teams -3+ years of experience with developing proposals, including for grants or contracts -Experience in working with medical and health professionals -Experience with reviewing and analyzing legislation and federal policies -Experience with developing and implementing program plans -Knowledge of federal financial management, grants management, budgeting, and other business operations -Knowledge of federal program management and financial operations policies, practices, systems, and trends -Knowledge of the health and research fields through experience or education -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with managing federal health programs in federal government consulting or as a federal health program manager preferred -Experience with managing multiple and complex work streams or assignments -Experience with designing and implementing outreach and technical assistance approaches for grant recipients -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Possession of excellent analytical skills -PMP Certification   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
