Key Role:
Work with government organizations on the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital programs. Apply knowledge of competency modeling, leadership development, recruiting and selection, and workforce planning. Apply knowledge of government human resources policies and regulations, including guidance on hiring and staffing, employee relations, employee programs, and human resources initiatives. Serve as a project manager by managing delivery, clients, and staff development. Participate in marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings. Support implementation activities and interact with client personnel and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives and achieve sustainable results.
