Key Role:
Provide end-to-end management and administration of organizational measurement systems and processes. Design, develop, and implement meaningful measurements to assess the organizations progress and the success of strategic objectives and determine the overall health of the organization. Work closely with the client, many in the most senior positions within the organization, to determine the most appropriate measures of success. Maintain responsibility for routinely and efficiently collecting data on these measures, analyzing trends, setting standards of performance, and presenting the metrics in an understandable way and create and use scorecards to present and communicate these metrics to the organization and sub-organizations within the client site. Work in a highly complex, political, and dynamic environment, where flexibility, resiliency, political savvy, and a sense of humor are imperative for success and build and maintain excellent relationships with a diverse set of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. This position is located in Denver, CO.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:  -7 years of experience with providing expertise to the design, development, and implementation of performance measurement systems -2 years of experience in end-to-end engagements with designing, developing, and implementing measurement systems to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational systems and processes -Experience with developing and implementing balanced scorecards in public or private sector companies -TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications:  -Experience in working with intelligence community organizations -Experience with organization development, process improvement, or Lean Six Sigma -Ability to display a proven track record of excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders in various positions and functions within an organization -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
