-Bachelors Degree -5 or more years of organizational development, change management, culture change and leadership development experience Preferred Qualifications: - Masters Degree - Strong business acumen - Ability to lead initiatives and projects.
The HR Development Manager works closely with the L&D Sr. Team to enhance existing and develop new business tools
and services that support staff and managers on performance management/career development, talent management, staff
engagement and team effectiveness. This individual is an internal consultant who understands and analyzes the needs of
the business to design and deliver to HR Business Partners and HR Sr. Leaders impactful, practical business solutions for
staff and managers.
