Associate Director, Human Resources

We have been retained by a unionized healthcare facility located in NYC, NY to find an Associate Director of Human Resources. The position will report to a Director of Human Resources/

They are looking for a human resources generalist who has very strong labor relations experience. 

• At least three to five years of human resource  management experience


• Experience managing a broad range of human resource issues.


• Good business planning skills.


• Experience with the development of human resource services that are customized to the unique needs of differing business units within an organization while preserving overall unity throughout the enterprise.


• Strong knowledge of labor laws.


• Experience with organizational development and recruitment in a hospital.


• A master’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field highly required.


•  Proven ability to adapt to, manage and optimize organizational change,
